3.6.025 - Release Notes

  • One Touch Reporting
    • Default paper size set to A4
    • Fixed report headers that were incorrect.
    • Added “All Years” option.
    • Added a “Summary” page when “All Years” is selected.
    • Added P&L By Department (Budget and Variance)
    • Added Schedules Tab with Employee, Loans Received, Loans Made and Sales Tax Schedule, and Stats and Ratios report.
    • Memo records have a general format, not currency.
  • Xero Integration
    • New setting available to include or exclude archived accounts.
    • Fixed issues with tracking code names.
    • Added a connection status and company name to title bar.
    • Pin screen is now moveable.
    • When Importing, we now use the existing sections of Forecast 5.
  • System
    • Added "Months in Arrears” to GST/VAT settings.
    • Added Stock Units on Hand opening balance to Stock on Hand record.
    • Repaired issues with Import from Clipboard not creating folder structure properly.
    • Improved error handling to allow for error to be displayed to user.
    • Added option to Preferences to allow for description to be exported to clipboard on the P&L report.
    • Users can now copy and paste values between F5 and excel in the Set All box.
    • Formula values now allow for 2 decimals and 12 significant figures in total.
    • Remove issue with formula when "(" is first character.
    • Negative balances are now able to be entered in Actuals and Opening Balance screen.
    • All integrations and add-ons are available in the trial.
    • Actual Fixed Assets entry is now linked between Balance Sheet and Other.

  • Loans
    • Calculated and Manual Loan Made now calculating capital paid and received correctly.
    • Calculated and Manual Loan Taken now calculating capital paid, flow and received correctly.
    • Corrections made to the Financing Record calculations when in Actuals.
  • Consolidations
    • Fixed error caused by record with numeric at the end, e.g. Cost and Cost 2.
    • Fixed issue with records with same name but different record types. The records will be numbered in consolidations.
    • Increase of consolidation calculation speeds, unless currency conversion is required.
    • Improved error handling for creation errors.
