3.7.002 - Release Notes

  • MYOB AccountRight Integration
    • Integration to MYOB AccountRight has been completed.
  • Contract Retention
    • New derivation created in Accrued/Prepaid Cost/Sales records to model construction contracts retentions.
    • Settings are managed in a new TAB created in the settings view.
  • Memo
    • Added a memo section to the P&L report to improve the presentation of the records.
    • Added 3 New Memo Derivation – Interest, Depreciation and & of Profit
    • Added memo to the variance report.
  • Journal
    • Created an option for banks to be treated as Journals. You will need to select for the records or transactions to that bank will to be reported in the cashflow.
    • Check when deletion of record for any record being backed into account.
  • System
    • Further groundwork made on integration views
    • “Payment Delay (Months)” field in the Financed Asset record to allow users to enter the specific month that a bullet payment is to be added.
    • Tidied up actuals P&L entry screen to.
    • The Holiday period input field functions and Gross Payments are starting at the correct month for Calculated Loan Taken .
    • Save What If as a new Forecast now working correctly.
    • Fixed Asset and Financed Asset entry behaviour changed so that entry through actuals and opening balance screen is the same as if entering through the record.
  • Stock
    • Fixed issue where As % of Cost was creating a double payment when used in stock component record
    • Fixed issue where As % of Wages was creating a double payment when used in stock component record.
    • Added a check for when deletion of record for any record being backed into bank account.
    • Fixed Financed Assets interest only rounding error
    • Funds now showing financed assets disposal correctly.
    • Stock on hand transfer now reduces stock on hand to stop out of balance on Balance sheet.
  • Reports
    • Department P&L calculates GP properly when frequency is annually
    • Bad debts now showing accurately in the funds flow
    • Loans interest accumulation are now being shown properly on Funds Flow Report.
    • Profit After Tax and Dividend are now displaying properly on Funds Flow Report
    • Changes to Balance sheet and Funds Flow to show Accrual of Financed Asset interest.
    • Fixed Asset Schedule now showing assets additions and subtractions correctly.
    • Overheads section summary view now shows net wages, instead of gross.
