Activation buttons not showing

Issue:


I cannot see the Activate Online Now buttons.



Solution:


Close Forecast 5.

Ensure the screen resolution is set to 1920 x 1080.

Re-open Forecast 5. The buttons should now appear.


If this did not work or the resolution was already 1920 x 1080, try the steps below:


1. Close Forecast 5.

2. Change the screen display orientation settings to Potrait.

3. Open Forecast 5. You should be able to register.

4. Once registered, change the orientation back to Landscape.
