Issue/Error:

When creating a forecast, and selecting AUD, the forecast still populates with NZD defaults.

Solution:

Below is an SQL database that will generate AUD template. To restore this, follow the steps below for your license:

A – Single Computer/Standalone PC

1. Export any forecasts you want to keep.


2. Download the Standalone data folder here


3. Head to C:\ProgramData\Forecast 5 Ltd\Data


4. Copy the contents of the standalone folder to the Data folder on your computer.


5. Run Forecast 5 and login.


6. Import your forecasts.
   
   
   

B – Network

1. Export any forecasts you want to keep.


2. Download the network backup file.


3. Restore into your SQL database. Note: If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your IT people.


4. Run Forecast 5 and login.


5. Import your forecasts.
