Bulk Employee Group Import Error: IndexOutOfRangeException

Issue:

When trying to import bulk employee groups using the Employee Details import, I receive this error:

Cause:

This error is commonly caused by:

1. The removal of column I in the template.
   
2. Columns in the template have been reordered.

Check the template you have used matches the one provided in our guide article.
