What is Hotlink from other forecasts?
Hotlink from other forecasts allows you to pull data in from a record in another forecast.
How to use:
Prerequisites
To use hotlinks from one forecast to another, they must have the same start date, so the data is matched.
And the record in the source forecast you wish to pull in must be a memo record.
In Forecast 5, go to the record you want the data to pull into.
- From the dropdown list, select Hotlink.
- Click the Hotlink Button.
- Click Add..
- Select Forecast
- You will receive a list of the records available to hotlink. Select the record you want and click Ok.
