License - The Given Key Was Not Present In The Dictionary

Issue:


When trying to run Forecast 5, you get the error message below:


"The given key was not present in the dictionary"



 

Solution:


Contact support@forecast5.com with the name of the computer you are having the issues with.

They will clear the license file.


You will then need to clear the license file on your PC. To clear the file, go to C:\ProgramData\Forecast5 and delete the FRSCT5 file.
