My record name won't save

My record name won't save

Issue:

When trying to change the name of a record, the system won't save or accept the name.
e.g. Director's Remuneration

Cause:
This is likely because the name has either an apostrophe ( ' ) or ampersand ( & ) or speech marks ( " ).
Because Forecast 5 is built on an SQL database, the SQL database cannot identify these symbol as part of name ids in Forecast 5.

Solution:
Remove these symbols and try to enter the name again.
